Welcome to our Personal Development & Meditation Retreat in Watamu! My name is Lilian Njoki and I am thrilled to be your host for this transformative journey. This retreat is designed to help you tap into your inner wisdom, cultivate mindfulness, and connect with your true self. By the end of this retreat, you will have gained a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you, and you will be equipped with tools to help you navigate your life with greater ease and clarity.

What is Watamu dunes?

Our retreat will take place in the stunning coastal town of Watamu, located on the Indian Ocean. Our venue is nestled in a peaceful, natural setting surrounded by lush vegetation a beautiful swimming pool and a tranquil ocean  The venue features a beautiful outdoor space for meditation and contemplation, as well as a comfortable indoor area for group sessions. The serene atmosphere of the location is sure to enhance your retreat experience and leave you feeling rejuvenated.

We offer a variety of comfortable accommodations to suit your needs. You may choose to stay in a private room with an en-suite bathroom, or share a room with one or two other participants. All rooms are clean, comfortable, and designed to promote relaxation and restful sleep. The venue also offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a library, and a garden.

General organisation

Schedule:

During our retreat, we will follow a daily schedule designed to promote relaxation and inner reflection. Each day will begin with an early morning meditation session followed by a nourishing breakfast. After breakfast, we will have a group session, which may include yoga, breathwork, or other mindfulness practices. We will break for lunch, which will be a healthy and delicious meal prepared by our chef. In the afternoon, you will have some free time to explore the surroundings, relax, or engage in a one-on-one call with me. In the evening, we will gather for another meditation session before dinner, which will be followed by a group sharing session or other activity.

Meditation:

Meditation is at the heart of our retreat, and you will have the opportunity to practice different types of meditation throughout your stay. We will explore various styles of mindfulness meditation, including body scan, breath awareness, and loving-kindness. These practices are designed to help you cultivate a deeper sense of calm, presence, and self-awareness. We will also explore how meditation can be integrated into your daily life, so you can continue to reap the benefits long after the retreat is over.

Meals:

Our chef will prepare delicious, healthy meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We will cater to any dietary restrictions or preferences, so you can enjoy your meals with peace of mind. Our meals will be designed to nourish your body and support your health and well-being.

Pricing

The cost of our retreat is 3300 euros  which includes all meals, accommodations, and activities. We offer an early-bird discount of 150  euros if you register before 30th August 2023. To register, simply visit our website and fill out the registration form. We require a 500 Euros deposit at the time of registration, and the balance is due 1st of October 2023 . If you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to our cancellation policy on our website.
